Hello. I’m Titus, and I’m 33. I’m from Fort Wayne, and I have five siblings. I currently work for a few companies but have a goal to become a personal training and nutritionist one day.
I’m at The Literacy Alliance to obtain my high school equivalency (HSE) diploma, though I haven’t had much school experience. One of my goals was to understand linear equations better, and I feel like I’ve met that challenge. So far, I’ve experienced pretty good treatment from the people in the class. I like the encouragement and support that’s given.
“With the program’s help and my willingness, I will get this done finally; I’m going to come out on top.”
I plan to get my HSE within the next month. If I work hard and stay dedicated, I can do it. I know The Literacy Alliance is there to help me and get me to that point. Sometimes it can be a struggle, but being here has helped me see how much support can help you in life. Once I obtain my HSE, I plan to study and reach my goal of becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist.
With the program’s help and my willingness, I will get this done finally; I’m going to come out on top. Thanks to everyone at The Literacy Alliance for all that it has done for me and many others. We appreciate you all.
We are thrilled to announce Titus finished testing and has received his HSE diploma! We are proud of you Titus and can’t wait to see what you will accomplish next!
