The Schlichtenmyer Scholarship Fund

Join The Literacy Alliance as we celebrate Brian Schlichtenmyer’s 20 years of dedicated service to our students and the community.

In March 2023, friends, family, and colleagues gathered to honor Brian’s legacy. They created a special fund in Brian’s honor: The Schlichtenmyer Scholarship Fund. This fund will provide funding for our students who need additional resources to attend Ivy Tech and earn a certification or degree. Students would be eligible for a stipend to help them overcome financial barriers related to tuition, books, or living expenses.
