My name is Tanna; I am from Fort Wayne, I have three half-brothers and two stepsisters, and I work full time. I came to The Literacy Alliance to get my high school equivalency (HSE) diploma to advance my career and get a better-paying job. My past educational experience did not go well, but my experience at The Literacy Alliance has been amazing! I am grateful to the tutors and the teacher for working with me and helping me achieve my goal around my work schedule.

Tanna achieved her first goal and passed the HiSET exam in late March 2022, earning her HSE diploma. We can’t wait to see what she will accomplish next!
