Student Spotlight: Kynadee

Student Spotlight

Kynadee

Kynadee came to The Literacy Alliance feeling unsuccessful because she had not finished high school. Living in a toxic environment, she left school in the 12th grade. With dreams of attending college and pursuing a career in radiation therapy, Kynadee knew the first step was finishing school and obtaining her high school equivalency diploma. Through the personalized environment at TLA and a lot of work preparing for her test, Kynadee passed her HSE assessment and got her diploma! She’s looking forward to moving forward in her life and is signing up for classes at Ivy Tech. When asked what she would tell others looking at The Literacy Alliance, Kynadee said, “TLA is a laid-back environment that feels more tailored to your needs. It is the best way to get your HSE.”
