Juliana Bengs
A Fort Wayne native, Juliana brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education and a passion for empowering students through education and personalized guidance. Before joining TLA, she worked at Purdue University Fort Wayne, helping students in the financial aid office find cost-effective paths to their degrees. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Elmhurst College in Illinois and later completed 15 credit hours in education at Ivy Tech Community College while working full time, a journey that helps her relate deeply to students balancing school, work, and family.
Juliana loves meeting with students, learning about their dreams, and helping them take the steps to achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, attending YMCA classes, baking, hiking, reading, traveling, and making beaded bracelets. She’s been married to her husband, Alan, for over 25 years, and they share two adult children, and two beloved cats, Chef Brian and Ebisu.
