English Language Learner (ELL) Instructor
This non-exempt position (6-20 hours per week) with The Literacy Alliance is for teaching adult English language classes. It requires an individual who wants to help adults improve their English language skills. Beginning in January 2025, classes will take place at various manufacturing organizations in Fort Wayne, New Haven, and Bluffton, Indiana.

High School Equivalency (HSE) Teacher
This non-exempt position (12-15 hours per week) with The Literacy Alliance (TLA) is for teaching teen and adult learners. It requires an individual with the desire to help students improve their academic skills. TLA is hiring two high school equivalency instructors for classes beginning in January 2025 in southeast Fort Wayne.
