Deb Dutton
Deb Dutton, program director for Project Reads, had been with Allen County Education Partnership (Project Reads) for ten years as a reading site coordinator and eight years as the program manager before the program was acquired by The Literacy Alliance in 2021. She attended St. Francis College, now the University of Saint Francis (majoring in special education), and Indiana Purdue University (Ft. Wayne), studying and being certified in early childhood education.
She and her husband, Ken, have two sons, a daughter, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren (all five and under). Her happy place is spending her free time visiting them across the country! She enjoys working with children, parents, school staff, and others in the education field in helping to empower children to do their best and enjoy the learning process. She enjoys reading, yoga, family time, and long walks with Ken and their family dog, enjoying nature!
