Remound W. Wright II brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership to his role as interim CEO. A graduate of Third Sector Company’s Interim Executives Academy and co-founder of Fort Wayne based RW Consulting, Remound has guided organizations through pivotal moments of transition, capacity building, and growth. His recent work includes serving as interim President and CEO of United Way of Howard County, where he strengthened board engagement, rebuilt key donor relationships, and sharpened the organization’s focus on measurable community impact. Across a career spanning interim leadership, fundraising, financial management, and business development, he has earned a reputation for steady execution and getting things done.
